Had to send my steak back for being over coooked. Made right and the manager asked but still was disappointed I could t eat with my wife and kids.
Over priced .... Looked good, tasted like crap... Had a bill over $110 and nothing was even nearly impressive. Should of went to bw3
Staff was great, had the Ribeye and was not impressed. Very poor cut, Ponderosa style, but was cooked ok. My twice baked potato was cold on the inside. Not impressed for the money spent, we will give them another shot. Sometimes mistakes happen.
Sat at a table for 15 minutes and never got served. While two waitresses were standing around chatting- someone was seated after us and got immediately served.
