Not what the Brown Derby used to be.
first steak was just tuff and second steak cut bad taste horrible.Luckily just ate one bite .My husband had diarrhea all nite which included a belly ache.The server was so sorry and manager was ok too.Food horrible
rolls were rock hard couldnt eat them..steak was full of gristle wasted half of it due to gristle waitress was only around 3 times couldnt even get drink refill due to her never coming back...wont return waste of money

Wasn’t the best service and the food wasn’t that good
Went tonight to have dinner with my family, 5 adults and 1 child. Was told they could not accommodate a large party without reservations?!? Really a family is a large party ? We were told it would be about a 2 hr wait or more for such a large party .. however 3 couples of 2 that arrived after us were told 5-10 minute wait! Why were we not able to be accommodated.. won’t be back or recommend
1. the calamari was rubbery and chewy like rubber bands. Overcooked. The type of calamari that gives this dish a bad reputation. There was hardly any sauce on it and nothing for dipping. it should melt in your mouth. 2. the pulled pork and apples sauerkraut balls. My question is where was the pulled pork and where is the Apple? It was a huge ball of bitter sauerkraut from the package breaded and deep-fried. And why would you serve it with cocktail sauce? Even though we have lived here 10 years this was our first visit. I so wanted to give this place 4 or 5 stars but I just can't. Service was more than adequate. Drinks and beer list were above average. The bread and salad were very good. The menu was somewhat limited. My son had the pulled pork sandwich and loved it. I had A NY strip and potato. We waited 10 min after being seated before we got any water. We waited 20 minutes after we finished our salads before they brought our dinner. The food was not good. Never go there again.
Service is terrible. We went in one evening for dinner, sat at a table for 25 minutes and were ignored. We left, ended up going to Outback in Fairlawn and had great service & food there. Too bad, we used to enjoy Brown Derby.
