Our daughter took us there for the T bone special. I sent the French Onion soup back as it tasted like water. The T bones were about 1/4” thick and like the soup, no flavor.
I ordered a Gus’s sirloin and was told 15-20 min later they did not have any available so I opted for the top sirloin. I ordered well done and it came out medium well. I asked for it to be cooked longer. When it came out it was completely burnt. The waitress asked if I wanted something else but by this time everyone was done eating. I said no just give me a box. Hi Heather, We are sorry to see you did not get the experience and food you expected. We don't know why the onions were too spicy as we only sauté them and add no extra seasoning. Not sure why the steaks were not cooked as you ordered them. Our manager was not in last night and he asks you either message us your contact info or call the restaurant and ask for Jim.
Drove about 1 hour to use up a gift card. Usually visited Belden Village location, unfortunately that location closed permanently this past year, Belden Village location was my favorite steak house in the area. The Medina location did not serve Tuesday specials because of New Year's Eve? Served single serving salad instead of large bowl we always got at Brown Derby Belden Village. Will not make special trip to Medina, other steak houses in our location are just as good as the nothing special Medina Brown Derby.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY EATING HERE! I came here with my husband & mother-in-law. The restaurant wasn't very full when we arrived, but the host asked us if we had reservations. I was taken aback by his comment. He was able to seat us immediately. Our server was very kind and great with drink refills. We ordered appetizers (calamari, French onion soup and shrimp scampi), within 5 minutes, the server said they were out of calamari. I ordered fried green tomatoes instead.
