First I would like to state that this used to be my favorite steakhouse for many years, even before it was girves. I would love if they brought back the ranger roundup. Anyways I went in yesterday to order a porterhouse 20oz (medium), stuffed mushrooms appetizer, and a drink. I had an empty glass most the time, and my steak had to be remade twice because they cooked it well done with absolutely no pink.
