Service was terrible. NY strip was tough, had to saw to cut it and the vegetables were raw, hunk of cauliflower was rock solid. The waitress just said oh sorry. The meal was inedible and was $25, seriously. Been coming here for some time and can only surmise they have cut costs on the meat because there can be no way the cook didn’t know the steak was filled with gristle and that the vegetables were raw. We go to this place every chance we get the steaks are amazing ...we don’t wait long for our food
just ate here.. Very friendly staff.. managers came to our table and asked us how our meal was and if we needed anything and of we had any complaints

We have eaten here many times but yesterday 3 out of 4 steaks at our table had to go back .. 2 of them for not preparing with the Cajun seasoning and the third was for being extremely rare after being ordered medium. The quality of the filet was also terrible with gristle and fat ( filet should have none ) . The manager at this location is the worst. He knew all the issues we had but never even came over to apologize. That’s pretty typical of him.
Server was very rude we spent $280 and barely could get a refill on the drinks and the manager wasn’t to friendly either . I will never go back again
