We are very happy with our experience with grizzly garage door! We had a new door and opener installed. Tyler was very responsive and professional. He provided quotes very quickly and scheduled the work to be done within days. When we had something come up, he was very accommodating and was able to move the install day. The work was neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend this local business to everyone!
Tyler and his crew did an amazing job! I can not say enough praise about the entire process and result. On time, accurate timeline, fast response, clear communication, went above and beyond and provided a rough estimate before we could narrow down choices, high quality products, clean install and great warranty. I have had a decent amount of construction type jobs done at our house, Tyler and team executed on all aspects of the job that can typically go wrong in construction. I highly recommend!
On a Friday late afternoon, our garage door spring snapped and our garage door actually cracked down the middle. I live in Wadsworth so I immediately Googled local garage door repair companies. When I called Grizzly, Tyler asked where I was and told me that he was working but he was not far away. He then asked to meet me to take a quick look at it. I explaining to Tyler what door was proposed to me by his competitor and he began to explain to me what problems existed with their idea. Basically, what they were proposing would be very difficult to construct, and would probably not work well.
