They showed up the same morning I called them and they installed a much improved counterbalance system quickly. The door now moves quietly and with little effort. These guys are nice and professional. Very pleased and will recommend them to all my friends.
Had an issue where the belt snapped on one of our openers. Grizzly was out quickly, searched for the tiny broken link pieces and found them all and got the door functioning again. They did a bunch of preventative maintenance while they were there as well. Never felt like they were rushing to another job and they talked through everything they were doing. Pricing was very fair as well. Definitely recommend.
The guys at Grizzly are great! They were on time, respectful to my wife while I was at work. They gave multiple options and price points to fix my broken spring. I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend Grizzly Garage Door Service! We had an emergency when our garage door wouldn’t open, and Tyler came out within 20 minutes to help us get our cars out so we could make it to a funeral.
