First of all I ordered a rib eye and I got what obviously was a strip. Difference of maybe $5-$7 I don’t recall exact prices. No big deal, it was cooked to the temp I like so I didn’t say anything. About 6 bites into it our server came to see how things were, we said good, and she proceeded to stand there and talk to us for 10-15 min. I’m not going to eat while talking so my food got so cold I couldn’t continue eating.
There were 12 of us, and only 2 dinners were right. Very sad.
overpriced steak...quality not great...outback better price..better steaks hands down..
Dry steak over cooked and another basically raw no seasoning on the steak. The bake potatoes were not salted and all the steaks tasted like char. Our server was good but was very upset because she had to send all of her tables steaks back. Poor thing!

They changed their menu. We ordered 4 steaks, and 2 were wrong. Sent them back and waited a long time for refires. Steaks were not seasoned, potatoes not seasoned. Used to be loyal brown derby customers and we will NEVER be back!

Food was just ok but pricey. Service could be better for what you have to pay. We had to track down a waitress just to get silverware to eat. They also forgot my wife's mushrooms and onions for her steak.

The only nice thing I can say was the salad was good. My steak was full of fat,( as was my husbands) hardly chewable, might as well have been mooing on my plate and it was supposed to be medium WELL. Very overpriced for the poor quality of steak we were served. Dinner rolls were dry and stale and the restaurant was freezing. Not impressed. Save your money and go to Texas Roadhouse.
Had 45 minutes left til we got home, we were starving, so we stopped here for dinner. Waited 50 minutes to get our dinners. Mine was cold and not cooked right. My husbands wasn’t great, but he was hungry,so he ate it. I couldn’t eat mine. The waitress apologized and took my meal off the bill. Never saw or heard from a manager. Shows how much they care about the customers.
Appetizers were great and came out fast, our server was very nice and friendly. But unfortunately those are about the only two positive things I can say about this restaurant. My boyfriend and I both got the same thing, filet mignon and lobster tail. We both asked for medium rare. From looking at the steak on the outside, it looked overdone, but when we cut into it, it was extremely rare. Still cold in some spots.
