We are a small business in Hartville. We have been overbilled, and are are unable to reach anyone from this company except for our "new" rep that we have never met. Spoke with her on the phone about the billing situation, she said her boss would call me in 3 days. That was 3 weeks ago. Extremely disappointed.
Told them to shut my ads off and they kept right on billing me. And instead of being professional about it they go off and send it to collections they hadn't sent me any invoices for 6-month and now am paying for a settlement I never got anything out of because I didn't have a paper that said that I want to stop my ads whatever happened to the professional way of handling business with handshakes. I would not recommend this company for any web services or paper ads.
