I’ve been seeing Maggie for 4 years and she’s incredible! Pilates with her has helped me rehab, get stronger, and really learn how to engage my muscles. I was told about Maggie and Pilates probably over a year ago. After starting to feel the effects of aging in my knees and back, I decided it was time to begin an exercise routine that would be in alignment with what I was physically able to do. Maggie's Pilates classes are the best! Her classes are fun and challenging. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. She takes the time to ensure everyone feels comfortable with the movements. I always leave feeling balanced, energized, and stronger. I highly recommend her and the Zenergy Studio!
Maggie is the best! She listens and is helping me break through years worth of bad habits with a bad neck and back. In fact, I don’t think I could imagine not working with her this past year!
