Absolutely a terrible job. The material was good but the installer showed up with no tools and hacked away at all the trim around the fireplace , door and step. The door is so bad we could not shut it as he raised the floor a 1/4 inch and removed the rubber seals then proceed to smash the threshold with a hammer to make it fit. DO NOT recommend Waxman services to anyone. He is not even worth this review Just a plain hack job . My thanks to google the company came out and fixed the steps. Today we had a vinyl kitchen floor laid that we purchased through Dave at Waxman Carpet. What a great experience and beautuful addition to our home. The floor arrived just when Dave had said and the installer was right on time. By the way the installer was great. and right on time. It was not an easy job but you could never tell by looking at it.We have done business with Dave over 30 years and have always been well taken care of. We recently used Waxman Carpet to install carpet throughout our daughter’s condo. They were very attentive to our schedule and the carpet is beautiful! The installers were on time and polite and went the extra mile to install under a tight timeline. Thank you David for your patience and help to make this a smooth experience!
Solid selection of very reasonably priced rugs. Easy to flip through the options, good service and quick to pack us up and load our car. A small thing that we loved: the rugs are hung at full length so when you bring it home, there’s no curled edges of a rug that’s been rolled up (like you’d find in a big box store). Nice to support a local small business.
The people who run this business are very nice and did a great job for me (I've been there 2X in 5 years and had positive experiences both times. They really know what they're doing. Honest, helpful with reasonable prices. Waxman deserves the five stars!
