Today we had a vinyl kitchen floor laid that we purchased through Dave at Waxman Carpet. What a great experience and beautuful addition to our home. The floor arrived just when Dave had said and the installer was right on time. By the way the installer was great. and right on time. We recently used Waxman Carpet to install carpet throughout our daughter’s condo. They were very attentive to our schedule and the carpet is beautiful! The installers were on time and polite and went the extra mile to install under a tight timeline. Thank you David for your patience and help to make this a smooth experience!
Solid selection of very reasonably priced rugs. Easy to flip through the options, good service and quick to pack us up and load our car. A small thing that we loved: the rugs are hung at full length so when you bring it home, there’s no curled edges of a rug that’s been rolled up (like you’d find in a big box store). Nice to support a local small business.
Waxmans sucks in my opinion. Don’t know how they got there rating my $ 6,500.00 carpet install was terrible. They didn’t put it under based boards just cut it in front of them so u can see a gap between them. Didn’t put down new door plates (that go in doorways that hold carpet in place like kitchen, front door, 2 bathrooms and the ones that they used were all dirty and painted on. Called to inquire on inventory and pricing, the person who answered the phone was rude, told me to just come to the store and then hung up. I was looking to purchase over 2,000 square feet of flooring from them, and simply wanted to know if the store was kid-friendly to bring by five month old to with me when looking at their inventory, per his suggestion. Guess I will be taking my business elsewhere.
