They are VERY INTENTIVE to your needs. Whatever you ask them for they are very knowledgeable about there products they sale and if you ask them for something and they don't know they will try and offer information about the product. The sales agents are very friendly and helpful. Love the store.
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The sales staff will compare various brands and their attributes of each brand, if any. There's no upselling that I've experienced, only fact-based information that's given. Thumbs up with this staff!
I was always very happy with vital choice on Sprague Road in North Royalton and the women there are just so friendly and helpful, until I started going on a Sunday when there was one specific gentleman who is rude and not very helpful. I was told by a woman at one visit that I had a coupon and I said oh yes, I got that in the mail do I need it? She says no you don’t even need to bring them in. We have it here. I recently visited the store looking for several items and I found more than I asked for. Great selection of products and amazing and knowledgeable staff. I’ve being recommending this place to my friends and family (online store) Definitely recommend it and I’ll return pretty soon.
