Staff is always very helpful and friendly. I noticed a big difference in my health by taking the proper vitamins to address my health issues and needs. The vital choice vitamins offer vegetarian choices. Also I know the brands sold there are high quality, no fillers or other tainted ingredients. They often have sales . It's not a concern they will run out of product as they can reorder quickly if not in stock.
I love supporting this store. All the people who work there are so knowledgeable. They have been a tremendous help to me! I highly recommend them.
The staff is always knowledgeable and very friendly, but they also give you plenty of space to browse, read labels and make your own decisions with no pressure. It's a great store, I'm so thankful to still have this locally owned gem, a unicorn in our area where most other health-stores have disappeared. Vital Choice is still here for us, supporting our health and helping us thrive!
We love the staff and selection of products. Consciously curated options for the health and wellness-minded person abound. Staff is always attentive, but not pushy. The facility is always well organized, clean, and usually has hot dandelion tea for shoppers. From personal hygiene to probiotics, you can usually find what you need.
My experience was totally by phone with Deb. We live in North Carolina and we're in Cleveland to see Cleveland Clinic doctors about treating long term COVID to get relief from the symptoms she is experiencing. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very detailed in helping me who was looking for supplements we had never heard of before seeing the doctor at the Cleveland Clinic .
