UPDATE: I want to thank Uncle Mikes for reaching out to me and helping resolve my issue I experienced! This is original post: So I bought a 2lb bag of teriyaki jerky and it molded in 1-2days after opening it. This was bought in store at the Walnut Creek Cheese store. I followed the instructions on the bag for refrigeration. I have reached out to uncle mikes a couple times and have received no replies in regards to this issue! Best Jerky ever! Great customer service when there is an issue too.
Just nasty. Should have looked at the meat before I bought but it was cold and I was in a hurry. Pieces have big strips of fat. Flavor was not what was on the bag. I eat tons of jerky and this is definitely low tier jerky at premium pricing.
