We had wind damage to our roof and had 3 different estimates done. Caleb came out and was very honest and reliable from the very first meeting to the last shingle going on the roof. This company did over and beyond my expectations. We could not be anymore happier. The crew was very professional and left my property cleaner than when they arrived. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone needing roofing repairs.

Caleb gave a fast and competitive estimate. He followed up with a phone call, provided a contract, service timeline and insurance documents. The crew led by John were polite, respected my property, did a professional job and a thorough cleanup. John took pictures of problem areas on the roof and fully explained the process of their repair plan to secure the structure before the barriers and shingles. Finished product receives 10 stars. They replaced my main roof, and front and back porch roofs. I was not just sold a roof, I was first educated about the materials, and process so I could see what I was purchasing. I appreciated that. I got a good product at a fair price with a fantastic warranty. They got me scheduled quickly, took only a day and a half to complete, crew did a good job cleaning up and made sure there were no screws/nails left. Located right here in Erie, Pa. I like to support local businesses.

Tri-State Roofing just finished my roof, i had my house, a huge garage and a small party place roof done. Caleb came to my house, explained everything, gave me a quote and i gave the go ahead. These roofs came out beautifully! The crew was amazing, everything was cleaned up and they were quick. The house and most of the garage was done in 1 day, and the rest took just a few hours the following day. I cannot say enough about them, i would definitely use them again!

I sadly did not have a very good experience with Tri-State. I contacted them several months ago about doing some roof work on my house which they were very prompt in sending someone out to take a look at. I wanted a quote but just wanted these projects done and wasn't too worried about price as long as it was fair (I was NOT price shopping).
