Thanks for doing such a great job with the project on our home. Your team is incredible from the first person I your sales manager Shane approached me and alerted to the wind damage I had on my roof. I wasn’t aware that my roof was in need of repair. We pursued by filing an insurance claim though my home owners insurance Shane was there walked me through the process and that he took care of everything with insurance company. We had Total Exterior Systems, Inc replace siding on our home due to wind damage suffered earlier this year. The company was very easy to work with in terms of getting everything lined up with my insurance company, helping us develop a plan, helping us in choosing the siding and getting the work done. It was still technically Winter when this work was being done so they had to bob and weave with the weather, but it was a smooth process and the house looks great. Excellent work, John C. is detail oriented, concerns himself with the correctness and perfection of not only his own work but also the work of others he calls on to the job with him. He puts in 110% and makes sure everything is “as it should be” before he himself agrees that the terms of the contract have been met! I contacted Total Exterior Systems, Inc along with 2 other companies as my roof was leaking. Dave from Total Exterior was absolutely excellent. Very professional, very knowledgeable and most of all allowed me to ask questions and run thoughts past him answering everything fully and did not ever make me feel foolish for asking. The company is very communicative and responds to every question very timely. The work was done quickly and well and I would recommend TES to anyone looking to have roofing done.
