Titan Arbor Care was out to my parents' house to remove 3 large trees. The entire crew was very professional and did a fantastic job. The work they completed required a large crane and multiple trucks. They complete the job quickly and professionally and when they left cleaned up all the debris! The tree crew did an excellent job; no complaints about the actual work. They were efficient, professional, and left the site clean. Unfortunately, the customer service on the sales side was a different story. The sales rep I dealt with was more interested in talking about himself than listening to the customer. There was a clear miscommunication about one of the trees I believed was included in the proposal. Jay Dalton and his team at Titan Arbor Care are the best. I have had tree work done several times (most recently mid-March 2025) and have referred them to several of our neighbors. They do awesome work, the teams headed up by Tyler and Jeremy are very professional and efficient. Our trees always look amazing after they are done with them! One of our tress is a very large Pin Oak and they spent a couple of hours in the lift to open the tree up. I would never use another tree company - Mike

One large tree removed and another trimmed out. Both at back of property in difficult places to get to. The Titan crew did a great job and completed the job in a very professional way. We are very pleased with the whole experience with Titan Arbor Care.

We needs 6 trees removed and the stumps ground. 6 guys came with 6 vehicles and all the equiptment needed. They were so efficient and careful to avoid any damage to the landscape and to our deck and house. They were also so careful with each other. Each guy knew the others' jobs and locations. They also pruned another tree and removed a huge already fallen tree. All the debris was removed completely. The job went so smoothly, completed at the quoted price.
