I am giving 4 stars because of the care my father received there. They bent over backwards to honor his requests and the staff took care of him well, especially the nursing staff and Mark in maintenance. My biggest complaint, and for this I'd give only 1 star, is that I never received my father's refund once he passed away. I was told it was mailed but I never received it. I was in contact with their financial director to let them know I did not receive the refund and requested the check to be sent again. I even asked them ... read more

We love the Echelon of Medina! As an outside vendor partnering with their team to care for their community, they are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. They have the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. I'm always greeted with a smile at the front desk, and everyone is so helpful. The nursing and office staff are very accommodating and always go above and beyond for their residents. This team works vigorously to ensure their residents are well taken care of and feel at home.

I've been debating whether to amend my original 5-star review or not for a while now. I figured that today would be appropriate to share my experience with the Echelon, since today marks the first year anniversary of my mother's death. I cannot say enough great things about this facility. Clean and welcoming, really making it feel like home. The facility executive director, Chrissy, is absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond for the residents and family; ensuring you’re comfortable and at peace with having a loved one under their care. Truly a great place!
