We love the Echelon of Medina! As an outside vendor partnering with their team to care for their community, they are extremely pleasant and easy to work with. They have the friendliest staff I’ve ever met. I'm always greeted with a smile at the front desk, and everyone is so helpful. The nursing and office staff are very accommodating and always go above and beyond for their residents. This team works vigorously to ensure their residents are well taken care of and feel at home.

I cannot say enough great things about this facility. Clean and welcoming, really making it feel like home. The facility executive director, Chrissy, is absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond for the residents and family; ensuring you’re comfortable and at peace with having a loved one under their care. Truly a great place!

I've been debating whether to amend my original 5-star review or not for a while now. I figured that today would be appropriate to share my experience with the Echelon, since today marks the first year anniversary of my mother's death. My goal is to objectively provide others insight into the Echelon's memory care unit. If you have a loved one in memory care, my heart goes out to you. Dear Adam and all the staff at the Echelon in Medina Independent Living Facility, I wanted to share our gratitude and review of our experience while our mother lived there. My mom has been living at Echelon Assisted Living since the beginning of this year (2024) in the memory care unit. We are very pleased with the care she has been provided. The facility is modern and kept very clean, the staff are attentive, and the director and front office personnel are readily accessible to share your concerns. I'm glad we chose Echelon to help us deal with mom's dementia and overall care.
