My mom has been living at Echelon Assisted Living since the beginning of this year (2024) in the memory care unit. We are very pleased with the care she has been provided. The facility is modern and kept very clean, the staff are attentive, and the director and front office personnel are readily accessible to share your concerns. I'm glad we chose Echelon to help us deal with mom's dementia and overall care.
The Echelon of Medina does senior living right! The community does an amazing job of keeping a home-like environment while offering many amenities. The staff there are friendly and always able to answer any questions you may have. I have been working at The Echelon for almost 3 years now. This place is “home!” I started as a Care Partner and now I’m a Nurse working with these incredible residents! The recent changes in management have been AMAZING not only for the staff but especially for the residents. From the activities done daily all the way down to the care given, I would trust this place with my own family members.
For anyone looking for A caring community for their loved ones…this is the place! The second you walk in the door the staff makes you feel at home. I am always greeted with a smile.
