They are nice people, but it seems they are clueless. Ive been going here for 2+ years and all they have done is put me on several ssri meds(most have effected me very negatively). It seems every other visit they want to switch it again because its not working. Im convinced they don't listen to a word I say about my condition. Ive told them I shake from anxiety and have panic attacks and they've given me blood pressure pills for it. Thank you, the Counseling Center Wayne in Holmes County for saving my life. I literally went from eight different medication’s for a mental health down to three different meds now and I literally feel like myself again. I lost both parents three months apart. Dr. Zarco is a therapist here! I highly don’t recommended her! I feel like she doesn’t care about kids feelings at all, or what kids are going through! she’s one that likes to play around with medications with your children. And her mannerisms with children are defiantly off! This review will probably be deleted by them. but thought i give other people a WARNING!
Absolutely awful communication between patients and the office in regards to scheduling appointments/referrals for appointments. Been attempting to reschedule our children for counseling with their new counselor (they already had one but she kept canceling on us and eventually "changed roles") and our request has sat on the directors desk for over 3 weeks. Unacceptable. Unless you have no other choice I'd avoid this place.
Patty you deserve 5 stars and a raise! I was losing hope in this place. I won't go into details but you gave me reassurance in helping me. Thank you for making sure my nurse gets my medication available to me before the holiday weekend. Glory to God this facility has you and patients as myself do as well. You are making a difference in this world! ❤️
