Sugar Vally Bicycle in Sugarcreek OH is tops in our opinion. We just retired and were looking for e-bikes for use while traveling in our fifth wheel camper and for short trips around our hometown. We live in a hilly area and needed a little extra assistance for the hills. My husband and I can not say enough about the service we received at Sugar Valley Bicycle. When we first stopped by to inquire about E-bikes we spoke with Andrew. He asked us many questions about how we were planning on using the bikes. From there he showed us 2 types of bikes. We dealt with Andrew and Adam. They were both wonderful!!! We ended up buying 4 Troxus Trax 1.0 step-thru, two for my husband and I and our friends bought two as well. They were very patient as we had many many questions. We brought them home Friday and having been having a wonderful time with them. Today alone we did 17 miles. Fantastic ebikes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUGAR VALLEY BICYCLE. (We are in our mid 60s so you are never too old!!!)

Stopped in to look and learn, left with the foldable Aventon and lots of accessories for it! Ivan went above and beyond to teach me all I needed to know, explained differences in models I was interested in, and got to test drive them to make sure it was the right fit!
