I was told they were unable to finish the job sent on my way engine light came on shortly after pulling back on the road. Went to the Zaneville Valvoline and job was completed quickly and competently.

8/7/2021 i was in for an oil change at the Coshocton branch. I have always had good service there however this time the technician was on his phone constantly talking and txting trying to do the job one handed, stopping and leaning on the car.to talk instead of taking care of business. The usual 15 minutes i am there turned into 35 minutes because of this. He was not paying attention to the details of his job. I’ve dealt with this company for years but my last time was today. Ask when they started charging $49.99 for technician charge? Reply “ Forever “ wrong answer.

The oil change went smoothly, until a week after, when my husband realized the truck was leaking oil. When my husband climbed underneath, he realized that they had not screwed the oil drain plug in completely. It was not even hand tight. By the time we realized it, our truck was 4 quarts low. We called and spoke with the manager and all he could say was “yeah.” Will never be back.
