I have been going here for years, even after moving a ways away. The employees are wonderful and always make sure needs are met. A free car wash with your oil change is a great plus too. 😊

Everyone was so nice and friendly. I got my oil changed wiper blades which I needed so bad. And a cabin filter which was so dirty. I don’t think Honda ever checked it. Use my coupon for a free car wash. I will be taking my car back there for further oil changes.

This is the only place locally that I will trust for my car care. The guys are always so helpful and tell me what needs done. They are not pushy if I decline any extra service. The car wash also is amazing and leaves my car nice and clean.

Star Brite for the win. I took a chance and tried the new Take 5 across the street. I only did because I had a coupon. Big mistake. After sitting in line for 25 minutes, I pulled in the bay only to be told that the tech didn't feel good about how tight the drain plug was. He then told me that they could not service my vehicle. I went home and checked the drain plug. Seemed fine to me. Went to Star Brite, 20 minutes later I left as a satisfied customer. Thanks again!! Support local businesses!!

I had a disappointing experience at the car wash on South Main Street in Mount Vernon. Unfortunately, the system did not adequately clean my vehicle. When I approached the staff to express my concerns, I was told, “that’s just how the system works,” without any apology or offer to rewash the car. The lack of customer service and concern was very discouraging, and based on this experience, I’m unlikely to return.
