This was my first visit to StarBright; they came recommended. I went there to receive an oil change. The service people were very friendly and attentive. The service was great and quick. Even more impressively, the cost was reasonable; I was shocked how reasonable it was. This place offered multiple services, one, of which, was a car wash. Because of receiving another service, the car wash was free. Until I am given another reason, I will go back to receive their services.
Speedy, friendly service even in 100° heat! I continue my oil changes here for the great customer service and value for my money. I highly recommend!
Come here alot and have always had a professional experience. It seems there are alot of young people working there now. We stopped in for a oil change yesterday and was not impressed as the employees stood around talking and kept losing track of what they were doing. One young man almost put oil in twice. Im not saying I won't be back but it seems that some training needs done to help them understand staying focused will cause less mistakes. Alot of the checks on the paper were marked checked but were never done.
I came in for an oil change which includes a free car wash. The team is fast and very friendly and all at a very reasonable price especially considering the free wash. I live out of town and always stop here to get my oil changed whenever I am in town.
Took my 2025 Hyundai to get an oil change yesterday, today my car leaked out all of the oil from the engine because they didn’t put the oil filter back on correctly. What I thought was going to be a quick easy oil change , where I wouldn’t have to do it myself, turned into costing me double as I had to get new oil and filter and do it myself.
