Great customer service, automatic car wash does a pretty good job. If you need to get a hold of someone you will have to call the car wash in coshocton next to Aldi.

Paid $10 for automatic car wash and $2 in one of the self serve bays (2/25/23). Absolutely no soap, wax or anything other than plain water, in either. Jeep is still dirty and covered in spots ( no rinse agent either apparently).

I've tried to call them everyday since I was there and no answer and no return phone call. Put money in to wash my car at the west Lafayette car wash and there was no pressure at all. Limp noodle just dribbled. I will never go there again.

Does anyone know how to get a refund from these guys? I went through automatic car wash and it went over 1 pass for pre soak and then quit and told me to drive forward. I went back around and hit the refund button but it was too late it wouldn’t do anything. I called the phone number and it rang like 50 times no answer or way to leave a message even.
