We’ve lived in our apartment for almost 3 years and it’s been great! Landlord is super fast with communication, will send a maintenance guy over asap if there’s any issue. He’s very professional and respectful in writing, and he really respects our privacy. The ease of paying rent and not having to worry about much else has been greatly appreciated.
We have been renting from Roo Rents for years now and couldn’t be happier with the management of the properties. Any and all repairs in our home or on the property get fixed quickly and communication is always fast and friendly. I highly recommend them to all renters!
Affordable living, houses are in a relatively safe area with friendly neighbors. Responds quickly and handles maintenance issues in a timely and appropriate manner. Homes are well maintained.
Really great landlord and understanding. The house I lived at was great with a lot of room and washer/dryer.
Landlord responds to issues and questions appropriately and professionally. Would appreciate more accurate house photos on website though.
