I went to the North Canton office last week for a free LASIK consultation, and it truly did make me feel better about getting surgery. You walk in, and you're greeted by incredibly friendly ladies at the desk. They're super kind and immediately willing to help. Amber ran a few tests before I met with the doctor, and she was great to work with. She's bubbly and talkative, which really helped to calm my nerves. Very easy surgery. Dr Roholt is an amazing doctor and he has a very calming voice. He walks you through the surgery and makes you feel very comfortable. All the assistants were so nice. Definitely recommend this surgery for anyone it can help. First 4 hours after surgery my eyes were sore. After that they were just a tad foggy. Dr. Celmer is AMAZING as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone is always polite, helpful, and quick. I never wait long, I always get an appt when I need, my refills are done with no problem each time, and I feel like they truly care about me. I love Roholt Vision Institute!
My previous eye physician, Dr Raymondi, advised me to try Roholt Eye institute when he retired. Changing physicians is always challenging, especially when you have been with one for years. I've been going to Roholt for a few we years and they provide excellent professional customer service, very organized, empathetic, and offer a range of services. There are several Doctors there but I see the same one unless there for a specific procedure. I rate them a 10 ☆.
