I went to Roholt last year to check on lasik surgery to correct my vision which I had bifocals for, along with an astigmatism. I had met Dr Celmer at that time and was not eligible for lasik because of thin corneas and age. I was presented with other options such as refractive lensectomy, PRK and was given contacts to try mono vision to see if liked it. I didn't so started researching lens replacement. After contemplating getting lasik for a few years, I decided to get a consult. I initially had a consult at another clinic, but still had some reservations. I scheduled another consult with Roholt and am so glad I did! They answered all my questions and completely put my mind at ease with any concerns I had. They were even able to schedule the procedure the next day! I am beyond happy with the care I’ve received and the results! Highly recommend!
Very nice and thorough. Cataract surgery from another provider left my eye imperfect. So glad I found Roholt, my 2nd cataract surgery was perfect!!
I had the SMILE procedure done about a year ago now and it’s been an amazing decision to have made. Roholt did an awesome job start to finish with my prep, procedure, and post care. To this day, it’s hard to believe I can see 20/20 with no contacts or glasses after almost 25+ years. Highly highly recommend.
I had SMILE surgery in the beginning of November. I was told I would be recovered and back to work in 3 days. Now they are saying it can take a year. I paid $5500 for it and have had complications and have spent hundreds of additional money on drops and medicine including dry eye prescription that is $85 per month.
