I went to the North Canton office last week for a free LASIK consultation, and it truly did make me feel better about getting surgery. You walk in, and you're greeted by incredibly friendly ladies at the desk. They're super kind and immediately willing to help. Amber ran a few tests before I met with the doctor, and she was great to work with. She's bubbly and talkative, which really helped to calm my nerves. This is by far the best experience I have encountered dealing with specialists in eye care. Everyone was so kind and helpful and was willing to answer any questions I may have had. Susan at the front desk even asked me how things were at my last appointment as I was checking out. She really seemed to care even though she did not any hands on assignments with my care. Very easy surgery. Dr Roholt is an amazing doctor and he has a very calming voice. He walks you through the surgery and makes you feel very comfortable. All the assistants were so nice. Definitely recommend this surgery for anyone it can help. First 4 hours after surgery my eyes were sore. After that they were just a tad foggy. Got appointment right away ,very thorough , answered all my questions, very professional and everyone there so nice . I left there with peace of mind that I had best possible care and that they really did care. They have treated my daughter for very serious condition and she was also very happy with care she received. THEY ARE THE BEST !
