I had LASIK done today, and it was honestly one of the easiest medical experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I’ve always had such good care at this place. The staff is amazing & explain the issues with my eyes so that I can understand them. I’d recommend roholt vision to anyone. My dr has always been very kind. They’re the best!
Love Doctor Mathie but if I'm being honest, office staff needs to be a little more professional. As a patient I, shouldn't be able to hear personal conversations, singing out loud or cackling of front desk staff. I actually saw blonde worker answer the phone laughing out loud from a conversation she was having with the other staff member. I guess I'm old school when waiting rooms were a little more professional and dignified.
My previous eye physician, Dr Raymondi, advised me to try Roholt Eye institute when he retired. Changing physicians is always challenging, especially when you have been with one for years. I've been going to Roholt for a few we years and they provide excellent professional customer service, very organized, empathetic, and offer a range of services. There are several Doctors there but I see the same one unless there for a specific procedure. I rate them a 10 ☆.
I went to the North Canton office last week for a free LASIK consultation, and it truly did make me feel better about getting surgery. You walk in, and you're greeted by incredibly friendly ladies at the desk. They're super kind and immediately willing to help. Amber ran a few tests before I met with the doctor, and she was great to work with. She's bubbly and talkative, which really helped to calm my nerves.
