I had SMILE surgery in November, biggest mistake of my life. I originally was told at my preop consult that surgery would be on a Friday and I would be back to work and all good on Monday. I was putting drops in my eyes every 5 minutes for 2 months to get moments of some clear vision. 4 months later and still using drops daily, warm compresses and prescription drops for dry eye. Awesome, knowledgeable doctors and friendly reception. Nice clean comfortable office space. Up to date technology for all your eye care needs. Had to use Google to find it

Was looking to get some answers to my eye lid issue and was recommended to this office. I came in for my appointment and was told to stay on the medication I was prescribed and to come back a week later. The night before my appointment the office called to move my appointment an hour earlier. Which I said yes to. 11am to 10am. I came in got checked in about 5min before appointment. Had a very important appointment. I actually need eye surgery again. So I had to see a specialist. The day of the appointment they call me a hour before the appointment telling me the Dr can't see me. And proceeded to be rude about it. I never had a problem before but the secretary Mary was extremely rude. I can't see the Dr until the end of January. This is not acceptable at all.

Called and got two new patient appointments, back to back, for myself and another family member. On the day of set appointments, we sat in a full waiting room, that emptied out twice. My appointment time passed without us being called back, then 15 mins into my daughter's appointment time (scheduled after my appt) and still not being called back, we walked out. Setting an appointment means the time is reserved for you, doesn't it? Never got to see a Dr.
