I had my CR-V in for detailing and am very pleased with the results and the customer service. My vehicle is 15 months old and no longer had that new feel. After the detailing it feels new again. I also appreciate the customer service. They answer the phone, no pushing buttons, or leaving a voicemail. The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and friendly. Friendly and professional staff. I had an exterior detail done on my car. Overall, they did a great job. One of the scratches that needed buffed was missed but they were very quick to fix it and make things right when I brought it to their attention. I would definitely recommend their services.
I personally have been having work done on my cars for 9 years. The ladies at the front desk are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Adam has being doing the work on the 2 cars my wife and I own. We only have great things to say about his work that he does on our cars. Adam is also very pleasant and he really knows his job well. Thanks Pro Touch for keeping our cars looking like they just came off of the show room floor. GREAT job to all the staff at the Wooster location.
