ProTouch Vehicle Protection in Medina is fantastic! Morgan and Bruce were incredibly friendly and professional. Morgan clearly explained the process during the estimate and even invited me back to see the paint restoration work before proceeding with the ceramic coating. Jesse did an incredible job removing the swirls and scratches from my black 2017 BMW — it looks brand new! I highly recommend Pro Touch for paint restoration and ceramic coating.
Blown away by the detailing! I figured they'd be good, but I am more than satisfied with the meticulous detail, touch up and tinting that they did. I didn't even think to ask about the engine bay, yet they cleaned it perfectly. Checked the roof, sure enough the chipped paint I had are all touched up! Definitely got a customer for life!
Amazing work and customer service. I got a full tint and PPF in the windshield and it turned out really nice. Morgan and the whole team is very pleasant to work with and would recommend to anyone in the area that needs Tint, PPF, or any of their other services. They even gave the car a hand wash before I picked it up!
After taking my car to another location, and the install came out horrible. I spoke to a friend who recommended Pro Touch, and after many months, that’s when I like to give a review, to test longevity and quality, Morgan, Simon and the team made me feel good about what they provided me in the window tint. Great work. I also got their screen protector film on my screens, piano black A/C controls, and dials, and it’s still working as great as day 1! Thanks to you guys on a great job!
Protouch has to be the easiest company to work with. When I got my new car less than seven months ago I brought it here and had the front windows tinted to match the back window tint, they did a beautiful job. Recently that same vehicle had a couple of scratches in the front fender. I called and asked if I can bring it up for an estimate. They said sure! When I arrived I was met with Bruce. Awesome Guy!
