Shannon was amazing and easy to work with. The fact it was a female owned business was a plus for me. The HVAC crew she sent was professional and prompt. The work was impeccable. After the job. We decided to go with Platinum to fix our roof on our home.
Platinum services and their team were great to work with. They provided my wife and I with so much knowledge throughout the insurance claim process. With their assistance they were able to completely replace our entire roof and both of our garage doors due to storm damage last fall.
Great company! We were originally going to have the roof on our home repaired and when platinum arrived, they ended up quoting a reasonable price to have a complete tear off and did a fantastic job. My husband had them out to his commercial building and installed new overhead doors as well! One stop shop!
