Terrible customer service. As soon as they had our deposit, it was difficult to get in touch with them with updates regarding the start of the project. Once they came out to do the work, the installation went smoothly. Our installation took place in October, so it wasn't until spring 2022 that we really saw results. Our hydroseed came is patchy. We did come out and check the lawn at the end of April the same time we came out to send pictures of the tree to our nursery stock provider at which time our office manager sent an email stating to hit it with straight fertilizer no weed control until the fall. We also offered a fertilization program when we installed the lawn which they declined with our salesman *** at the time. They said they would take care of it themselves.
