Shelly is very knowledgeable! We drove an hour to see her because I trusted her answers to all my questions and made me feel safe and at home. Once we got there she offered other modalities as well. Friendly, clean, & right price atmosphere.
I've done several types of treatments with Optim- the Xtone, the lymphatic massage and the cryo facial. Shelly is knowledgeable about the treatments and very professional and friendly! Shelly at Optim is awesome!! I’ve brought my daughter to her on 2 different occasions for injuries and the cryotherapy helped cut the healing time in half. She sprained her ankle at softball practice and with Shelly’s help, she was able to be in the game within a week. Shelly has also helped with my chronic back pain. I would recommend her to anyone.
