Shelly has helped my chronic shoulder and arm pain tremendously in just a couple appointments. Surgery, injections, and physical therapy have not been able to touch this constant nerve pain but cryotherapy and fascia blasting has helped bring the nerve pain down. The lymphatic drainage definitely helped me sleep through the night which is not a common occurrence! She is very knowledgeable and motivated to help and has no trouble sharing what she knows!

I got the facial and body sculpting combo (they have a special for $199) and was really impressed with the results! It was so much cheaper and easier than Cool Sculpting, which I couldn't afford. The owner, Shelly, is super sweet and down to earth. She is also a pharmacist who can explain the science behind the procedure. I totally recommend this business!

I cannot say enough about Shelly at Optim Cryotherapy. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and listens to her clients needs. I have had 2 of her many services. 3 treatments on my knee has kept me away from injections that I had to get every 3 months. She has treated 3 in my family, all, with amazing results. Shelly at Optim is awesome!! I’ve brought my daughter to her on 2 different occasions for injuries and the cryotherapy helped cut the healing time in half. She sprained her ankle at softball practice and with Shelly’s help, she was able to be in the game within a week. Shelly has also helped with my chronic back pain. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've done several types of treatments with Optim- the Xtone, the lymphatic massage and the cryo facial. Shelly is knowledgeable about the treatments and very professional and friendly! I have seen results with each of these and will continue to recommend her due to the great results! I've even brought my soccer-playing son for muscle recovery.
