Rocco has been in business since 1981 and understands how best to resolve just about any issue with watering proofing, foundations, and similar work. They waterproofed our home this week and I couldn’t be happier with their flexibility, job site cleanliness, and overall work. Mark with Olivieri and Son is nothing short of professional. He is knowledgeable, fair and honest. We also really loved that this is a family owned local business. Having a flooded basement is something no home owner wants. It's a nightmare. Mark made the entire process seamless. Great communication and fast response to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!
Rocco and the Team did an amazing job from start to finish. I met with Rocco several times, even on Sunday’s, to discuss options and finalize what would happen. Once finalized they handled all of the details (paperwork, permits, HAVAC disconnect / reconnect, etc) and completed the work in 2-days. They were very good about saving the shrubbery surrounding the home and leaving the work zone in good shape when completed. Highly recommend this Team.
I'm very happy with the work done by Olivieri & Son. They determined what was causing basement foundation and drainage issues and Rocco communicated with me throughout the process. The job site was cleaned up at the end of each day and after completion of the work, and care was taken to remove and replant shrubs. They were very respectful of my time and of my property.
Rocco & Mark are the best! They took care of a back flow and waterproofing issue at my rental property and they handled everything from permits, to completing the job in under 3 days, and cleaned up everything very professionally. They truly know the waterproofing business inside and out and it shows! I would highly recommend this family owned business for all your waterproofing needs! Thanks again Paisans!
