Olivieri and Sons waterproofed the back of the house in March 2025. They were excellent. This is the second time I used them (front of house was done in 2023). Rocco is the best ! He has a great attention to detail and constantly communicated with me throughout the process. Rocco was able to adjust to issues found on the property along the way (he found a downspout that was not tied in correctly and fixed it). Rocco has been in business since 1981 and understands how best to resolve just about any issue with watering proofing, foundations, and similar work. Mark with Olivieri and Son is nothing short of professional. He is knowledgeable, fair and honest. We also really loved that this is a family owned local business. Having a flooded basement is something no home owner wants. It's a nightmare. Mark made the entire process seamless. Great communication and fast response to any questions we had. Highly recommend!!
Olivieri & Sons did excellent work on my home. Rocco was very knowledgeable and all around great to deal with. Highly recommend.
Rocco and the Team did an amazing job from start to finish. I met with Rocco several times, even on Sunday’s, to discuss options and finalize what would happen. Once finalized they handled all of the details (paperwork, permits, HAVAC disconnect / reconnect, etc) and completed the work in 2-days. They were very good about saving the shrubbery surrounding the home and leaving the work zone in good shape when completed. Highly recommend this Team.
