This is our second time using Olivieri & Son’s. We used them about 2.5 years ago at our home in Brunswick and we were very happy. We moved to North Royalton and this home ended up with a basement leak. We did not hesitate to call Rocco Olivieri to service this home for us. Rocco was very prompt in returning my phone call and was even able to come to our home and give us an estimate that same day. He gave us an estimated wait time of about 2 to 3 weeks to start the job. We had an excellent experience with Olivieri & Sons. They gave us a quote for waterproofing and within a few days were able to get the entire back of our house completed within just a few days. Management and crew were both friendly, hardworking, and professional. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to have their house waterproofed!
Wonderful crew very nice guys. Did a great job waterproofing one wall. Would recommend them if you need waterproofing. Rocco & Sons were very good at explaining the job. Very satisfied. Thank you again Olivieri & Sons.
I had contracted with Rocco and his son Mark from Olivieri and Sons Inc. To water proof a couple of walls in my basment. The work was preformed professional and timely. The attention to detail and care to my property was the best. They also evaluated problem drainage issues coming into my yard and made recommendations to help correct the situations these extra things were done at a very good rate to help me out. They detail in the contract what they will do and the warranty for the work. Everything went as they explained to... read more
When we found out our mom’s house was having water issues I reached out to Olivieri and Sons and Rocco was so great to work with from day one. He was responsive and had a quote to me the next day. They were able to start the work as quickly as the city issued the permit. They did a great job and sent me photos which I appreciated. The entire crew was polite and hardworking. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
