Joel came and fixed my furnace that kept clicking and trying to catch to blow but wasn't. He called me back and came to my home after hours on a Friday to diagnose and rectify the issue. Very respectful, knowledgeable, passionate and professional man who really cares about the work he does and does it very well!! If I could give it ten stars, I would. Joel at NextGen Mechanical, what a wonderful, kind human being Joel is. Very very knowledgeable in his craft, too. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. My issue was my heat pump was running constantly. He came out as a second opinion after another well liked company, who will remain nameless, came out and told me all this crap that needed done. I called Joel after experiencing some issues with my geo thermal HVAC system. He showed up early on a Sunday morning ready to take a look. He is very knowledgeable about what my concern was. After a quick inspection and diagnosis, he was able to determine the problem. Ordered the parts needed and got us back up and running quickly! Very family oriented and would highly recommend!
