If I could give it ten stars, I would. Joel at NextGen Mechanical, what a wonderful, kind human being Joel is. Very very knowledgeable in his craft, too. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. My issue was my heat pump was running constantly. He came out as a second opinion after another well liked company, who will remain nameless, came out and told me all this crap that needed done. Joel came and fixed my furnace that kept clicking and trying to catch to blow but wasn't. He called me back and came to my home after hours on a Friday to diagnose and rectify the issue. Very respectful, knowledgeable, passionate and professional man who really cares about the work he does and does it very well!! Highly recommend for all of your HVAC needs. Joel consistently does a great job and will make sure everything is done correctly and explained to you if you have any questions. Very responsive and there when you need him.

Joel was honest and willing to help diagnose the issue with our furnace over the phone without even coming out to our house. We had called another hvac service, and their price was a bit high. Joel gave us an actual price for the component from his distributor that needed replacing plus a fair charge for his labor. First time I’ve ever seen the quote for the part, most companies won’t share this so they can up charge you. Joel was an excellent communicator and was able to diagnose my problem and make the appropriate repairs in a timely fashion. I would highly suggest using his services again completely.
