Joel came and fixed my furnace that kept clicking and trying to catch to blow but wasn't. He called me back and came to my home after hours on a Friday to diagnose and rectify the issue. Very respectful, knowledgeable, passionate and professional man who really cares about the work he does and does it very well!! If I could give it ten stars, I would. Joel at NextGen Mechanical, what a wonderful, kind human being Joel is. Very very knowledgeable in his craft, too. He saved me thousands and thousands of dollars. My issue was my heat pump was running constantly. He came out as a second opinion after another well liked company, who will remain nameless, came out and told me all this crap that needed done. Joel was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything as he diagnosed the issue with my AC unit showing me what is normal and where something was lacking. He was very thorough. He was here over three hours working to find out what the problem was and would not stop until he found it and fixed it. After spending hours here figuring out the issue, he even gave me the option to do the work myself or have him do it. Joel was an excellent communicator and was able to diagnose my problem and make the appropriate repairs in a timely fashion. I would highly suggest using his services again completely.
