I called Joel after experiencing some issues with my geo thermal HVAC system. He showed up early on a Sunday morning ready to take a look. He is very knowledgeable about what my concern was. After a quick inspection and diagnosis, he was able to determine the problem. Ordered the parts needed and got us back up and running quickly! Very family oriented and would highly recommend! Joel was very attentive to our needs with our hot water tank. Since nothing goes as it should in this house, he really had to be a problem solver. He did great work and his price was the best around. I highly recommend giving him a call.
The total experience from beginning to end with Joel was amazing. It's been zero the last couple of nights and my furnace wasn't running properly. The first guy I called never called me back. Joel from Nextgen Mechanical arrived very fast! He was very nice and courteous. He figured out the issue surprisingly quick. He told me that there was an obstruction in the ductwork and that's why the furnace was acting up. He had the issue solved quick and informed me of how to avoid the issue in the future and also pointed out a couple of other things to help the system run more efficiently. Great guy and he was in and out in about an hour. I would definitely recommend Nextgen Mechanical.
Joel is amazing at what he does and is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly every step of the way. He’s a family man and knows how to treat his customers and not just “throw parts at it and hope it works” but will take the time to find the root cause of the issue and fix it correctly the first time.
