Joel is amazing at what he does and is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly every step of the way. The total experience from beginning to end with Joel was amazing. It's been zero the last couple of nights and my furnace wasn't running properly. The first guy I called never called me back. I received Joel's number from a friend that used Nextgen a couple weeks ago. I called Joel and he was at my home cleaning and diagnosing the problem with my furnace within the hour. We had a natural gas leak at our furnace connection. Joel was very prompt and fix the problem as fast as possible. He was very kind and courteous. He has done a couple projects for my wife and I and I HIGHLY recommend him.
Joel from Nextgen Mechanical arrived very fast! He was very nice and courteous. He figured out the issue surprisingly quick. He told me that there was an obstruction in the ductwork and that's why the furnace was acting up. He had the issue solved quick and informed me of how to avoid the issue in the future and also pointed out a couple of other things to help the system run more efficiently. Great guy and he was in and out in about an hour. I would definitely recommend Nextgen Mechanical.
Joel came to our house to troubleshoot an issue with our furnace. He was thorough, honest, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. He explained everything in terms we could understand. Excellent communication and affordable service. He’s gained us as regular customers in the future!
