Joel was honest and willing to help diagnose the issue with our furnace over the phone without even coming out to our house. We had called another hvac service, and their price was a bit high. Joel gave us an actual price for the component from his distributor that needed replacing plus a fair charge for his labor. I called Joel after experiencing some issues with my geo thermal HVAC system. He showed up early on a Sunday morning ready to take a look. He is very knowledgeable about what my concern was.
