Joel came and fixed my furnace that kept clicking and trying to catch to blow but wasn't. He called me back and came to my home after hours on a Friday to diagnose and rectify the issue. Very respectful, knowledgeable, passionate and professional man who really cares about the work he does and does it very well!! Joel was honest and willing to help diagnose the issue with our furnace over the phone without even coming out to our house. We had called another hvac service, and their price was a bit high. Joel gave us an actual price for the component from his distributor that needed replacing plus a fair charge for his labor. First time I’ve ever seen the quote for the part, most companies won’t share this so they can up charge you. Joel from NextGen Mechanical came out same day during a heat spell when the big chains couldn’t for days. He quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, explained the system clearly, and showed me exactly what he was looking at. Thorough, transparent, and fairly priced. Joel was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything as he diagnosed the issue with my AC unit showing me what is normal and where something was lacking. He was very thorough. He was here over three hours working to find out what the problem was and would not stop until he found it and fixed it. After spending hours here figuring out the issue, he even gave me the option to do the work myself or have him do it.
