There are not enough stars to rate Joel, I met him at Wolff Bros in Akron, my blower went out on this dinosaur furnace and as a single older woman all I could do was try to take a picture of the numbers on the blower. Thank GOD , Joel was standing there jumped into the conversation and was so knowledgeable and helpful asked him to come and fix the blower and he did. Joel arrived promptly, equipped with all the necessary tools and parts. He quickly diagnosed the issue with our boiler and explained the problem in simple terms, which I appreciated. Joel came to our house to troubleshoot an issue with our furnace. He was thorough, honest, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. Totally recommend Nextgen. Besides being extremely personable, Joel is professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job re-leveling my central air unit after I had some landscaping done around my house. He even Worked by flashlight later into the evening so I didn’t have to go without air on a hot summer evening. Thanks Joel!!
Joel was amazing. He came out very quickly when our furnace went out. He explained everything to myself and my husband and was able to get parts and made the repairs in less than a day. We couldn’t be more thankful for the service he provided.
