Enjoyed a 2 week rental with a like new looking Ford Transit 15 passenger van. The check in was easily completed online. Their prices are far better than most competitors. Their fleet as I saw it will impress. The van was clean and I returned it clean. Had plenty of room and a comfortable ride. Cannot say enough good in finding these folks. Perfect for family groups and vacation road trips. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you NEO.

Very very pleased I had reserved a van elsewhere and had ask questions and never got a direct answer about seating. Three days before first vacation with my kids and grand kids I did get the answer and it was not going to work so I called Neo and spoke with Lindsey which answered all my questions. Me were notified by a big car rental place that they didn’t have a van for us a couple hours before we left for vacation. I called NEO and they had a van and even waited past closing time to help us out. Super friendly and very professional. They really care about helping people out and not just making money. We will definitely be using them any time we need to rent a van!!!
