Wonderful experience! Have rented a 15 passenger van twice from them and this last time we called them last minute due to enterprise dropping our reservation last minute, and they came thru for us! Not only did they find us a van, the gentleman came from his home to ensure we would get it in time! This company truly puts the customer first! It saved our vacation and we wont be going anywhere else in the future! Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed a 2 week rental with a like new looking Ford Transit 15 passenger van. The check in was easily completed online. Their prices are far better than most competitors. Their fleet as I saw it will impress. The van was clean and I returned it clean. Had plenty of room and a comfortable ride. Cannot say enough good in finding these folks. Perfect for family groups and vacation road trips. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you NEO.

I called last minute. The owner and his wife stayed after hours to insure we were helped. Stayed on the phone while I drove to someone else's house for there needed information. Our vacation is dependent on a rental van. We had issues getting to pick up our van with a different company. When we called to let them know we were 30 min behind they cancelled our rental and rented it out immediately. NEO van rental to the rescue! If 6 stars were an option they would get it!

Great experience overall. The car was very clean and was very comfortable for the long drive of my trip. The gas mileage was outstanding. I would definitely rent this vehicle again.
