I rented a Chevy van from Neo Van rentals to pick up my family from Tampa airport. The pick up/drop off box for the keys made the process extremely easy. The car was very clean when I picked it up and it drove great. Will Definitely be using again.
I called them on very short notice after being scammed by a rental car place. The owner personally helped me get a van that was very clean and ready to go. Paperwork process was a little disorganized, but that wasn't a big deal. Overall, a good experience.
