I am 68 years old and was feeling it. I decided to do something about it so contacted Mike Adkins owner of MPT. Best decision I've ever made. Mike and his staff are SUPER knowledgeable about not only every piece of gear in the gym but how the muscle groups are reacting when I use them. My workout is super personalized to what my goals are for myself. I love this place and the results I'm seeing in just 4 months! Do yourself a favor and check MPT and Mike out. You'll be glad you did!
Mike came highly recommended, and had surpassed my expectations. He spent time talking to me to learn my fitness goals and has tailored a workout for me. He and his staff are so friendly and welcoming - I look forward to each workout!
MPT is the absolute best gym I’ve ever been to. It can be pretty intimidating for a woman at some places, but the trainers here are just amazing at making sure you feel comfortable. I’ve never felt better & look forward to my workouts each week.
I have tried other places and My Personal Trainer is by far the best. You get the results you want, working with this team. I highly recommend the Mentor location. Mike is knowledgeable and truly cares about your goals.
