I am giving this two stars because her staff is excellent. Laura Mutsko was extremely rude and condescending. I have been with them 6 years and never needed a change until this year. Laura ranted that everyone wants something for nothing and she is tired of paying taxes for something free. She stated she has over 300 people she is scheduled to talk to and “all they want is free stuff.” She was referring to OTC drugs. I have since found a very professional helpful agency. Would not recommend.

Really odd experience with this place. Do not recommend. I got there and there was a monitor screen which welcomed me, I thought that was really nice. Then a woman came in and seemed nice but also seemed confused as to who I was and asked my name, which was odd to me because of the monitor and being that I was on time.
