In a recent phone conversation Mrs. Mutsko was extremely rude and condescending. She is knowledgeable but should improve her communication skills. After reading her reviews and speaking with several former colleagues I learned they had also had similar encounter. Was given the name of another local agent who has higher ratings and much more polite.
Really odd experience with this place. Do not recommend. I got there and there was a monitor screen which welcomed me, I thought that was really nice. Then a woman came in and seemed nice but also seemed confused as to who I was and asked my name, which was odd to me because of the monitor and being that I was on time. Laura and her team are really responsive. I attended a getting started with Medicare seminar at the local library and it was very informative. Laura made it all easier to understand! Thanks!! Highly recommend.

Update 3/18/2021. I'm very surprised to hear back from this especially since it was over two years ago. My position still has not changed regarding your agency and based on the others reviews apparently they have the same issues with the owner. Iam very happy with the agency that I have selected to handle my personal affairs.
