Mood by Meg is a phenomenal addition to DTW! The cold plunge, infrared sauna, 4D massage chairs and oxygen bar are a great way to spend any part of your day! The whole vibe is warm and inviting, incredibly clean, and well spaced out. Check it out, you won't be sorry!
I love everything about Mood! The vibe is amazing! It’s so relaxing! I can feel it being a place where you could enjoy it with someone or alone! Mood by Meg is incredible. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and the people are very kind and knowledgeable. We tried the infrared sauna, cold plunge and stretch chairs. For the first time in years, I left feeling loose and pain free. This is the ultimate experience for athletes, former athletes, office workers, and bio hackers alike. Definitely coming back soon!
Feeling that Holiday stress? No better way to relax than a session at Mood. I was met by their staff early morning. They took me thru the 4d massage chairs. 30 minute sauna and cold plunge. I left feeling invigorated, less stressed and ready for the day. I highly recommend this DTW expierenece
