I could not say enough good things about working with Matt! He was quick to schedule a remote session and spent a lot of time looking at different options and possible issues. Matt took the time to ask me what my overall goals and complaints were so he could match me with the best options. He then laid out solutions with various price points. The service here is outstanding. I needed a new computer because mine was getting the notices that it was too old to upgrade to the new Windows. I told Matt what I needed a computer to do, and he sent me a recommendation that matched my specifications and was in my budget. I bought it, and then he handled all of the set up and moved all my files from my old device. Getting a new computer has never been so easy. Highly recommend.
