+$200K detached garage. Poor and slow communication, mediocre workmanship. Siding has waves and buckled. Contractor blamed issue on “junk” siding. Manufacture rep states issue is caused by improper nailing and/or inadequate expansion gaps, not a product defect. Project still within 1 year warranty -no response or solution given by contractor.
Hired this company to build a custom building on Middle Bass Island. Every aspect was flawless! My wife was in charge of the project and all the trades respected her and reacted/responded professionally. Pricing for change orders was fair and transparent. I want to build something else now because of how smooth this project was!
Great working with MPC on all of my projects, interior demo, windows, doors, siding, metal roofing, deck, and master bedroom addition. Wes and the team are very knowledgeable and do a great job.
This is the second project done for us by Miller’s Premier Construction. They added a 3-car garage for us about 5 years ago. So, this year, when we wanted to add a sunroom, we knew they would do a quality job. Honestly, it turned out better than we could have ever imagined. The interior is beautiful with wood walls, trim, and beams. The extra large windows look out over our pool, new deck, and woods on the side.
