Hired this company to build a custom building on Middle Bass Island. Every aspect was flawless! My wife was in charge of the project and all the trades respected her and reacted/responded professionally. Pricing for change orders was fair and transparent. I want to build something else now because of how smooth this project was!
Miller's Premier Construction is first-rate. They built a 550 sq ft mother-in-law suite with full basement and garage on our existing home. In the process they also built two new bathrooms and a hall in the existing structure. It is so well integrated that most people would not see it as an addition. The crew at MPC has been fantastic to work with. They take pride in their work, are transparent with their pricing, and have been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was nervous I was tasking them with a large fully custom home build, and one that didn’t quite look like anything I had seen in their portfolio. But…they knocked it out of the park. They delivered on our exact vision and we couldn’t be happier. We look forward to working together again in the future.
This is the second project done for us by Miller’s Premier Construction. They added a 3-car garage for us about 5 years ago. So, this year, when we wanted to add a sunroom, we knew they would do a quality job. Honestly, it turned out better than we could have ever imagined.
