Meg’s Custom Facial w Dermaplaning is great. It’s refreshing and Chelsea will customize the skin masks of your choice. Her ice globes and hand/arm massage are the best around. I breakout from other facials-NOT ONCE from Chelsea’s. She takes her time and doesn’t rush. She actually listens to you about your skin concerns and works up plans/goals to achieve them. Clean, professional and timely. Always a 10/10 for me.

A great first visit! A lovely spa in a a great location with its own parking. The ladies were so sweet and professional. Cortney was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Plus, she applies her her skills with a gentle and precise hand. I found the overall cost to be very reasonable. I'll be a regular customer for sure! Kathleen

Ok…. FULL disclosure! Meg is my sister. What I want everyone to know is that she puts so much care and consideration into each of the services she provides. She has me on a new skin care regime that is not only worth every penny, but manageable. I’m a “no muss, no fuss” gal and Meg has provided me with personalized treatment that takes only minutes to complete each day. This Med Spa is tucked away in the heart of downtown Willoughby. I was very impressed the moment I walked in the door - it’s so warm and inviting. The office staff is very friendly. Courtney administered my Dysport injections and did an absolutely amazing job. She listened to every concern I had and provided the most ideal treatment for me. Meg was also so sweet - she came in to introduce herself and was so thoughtful. I highly recommend Meg’s Med Spa. Well worth it!

Meg’s Med Spa is truly amazing! The atmosphere is so relaxing. Savannah is kind and inviting. Meg is wonderful. She makes me feel so comfortable. She does not try to upsell me for anything. She genuinely wants to understand my wants and helped me make my decision. I have very little lips but I did not want injections to make a huge change. We decided on a Lip Flip. I love it! Thank you Meg and Savannah for a great experience! I will be back!
