This Med Spa is tucked away in the heart of downtown Willoughby. I was very impressed the moment I walked in the door - it’s so warm and inviting. The office staff is very friendly. Courtney administered my Dysport injections and did an absolutely amazing job. She listened to every concern I had and provided the most ideal treatment for me. Meg was also so sweet - she came in to introduce herself and was so thoughtful. I highly recommend Meg’s Med Spa. Well worth it!
A great first visit! A lovely spa in a a great location with its own parking. The ladies were so sweet and professional. Cortney was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Plus, she applies her her skills with a gentle and precise hand. I found the overall cost to be very reasonable. I'll be a regular customer for sure! Kathleen
Meg’s Custom Facial w Dermaplaning is great. It’s refreshing and Chelsea will customize the skin masks of your choice. Her ice globes and hand/arm massage are the best around. I breakout from other facials-NOT ONCE from Chelsea’s. She takes her time and doesn’t rush. She actually listens to you about your skin concerns and works up plans/goals to achieve them. Clean, professional and timely. Always a 10/10 for me.
Ok…. FULL disclosure! Meg is my sister. What I want everyone to know is that she puts so much care and consideration into each of the services she provides. She has me on a new skin care regime that is not only worth every penny, but manageable. I’m a “no muss, no fuss” gal and Meg has provided me with personalized treatment that takes only minutes to complete each day. I recently visited Meg’s med spa for lip injections. Maiya was amazing and went over everything in detail before my service began, and she was so gentle during the appt. Best experience getting lip filler and I will definitely be returning!
