Meg’s Custom Facial w Dermaplaning is great. It’s refreshing and Chelsea will customize the skin masks of your choice. Her ice globes and hand/arm massage are the best around. I breakout from other facials-NOT ONCE from Chelsea’s. She takes her time and doesn’t rush. She actually listens to you about your skin concerns and works up plans/goals to achieve them. Clean, professional and timely. Always a 10/10 for me.

This Med Spa is tucked away in the heart of downtown Willoughby. I was very impressed the moment I walked in the door - it’s so warm and inviting. The office staff is very friendly. Courtney administered my Dysport injections and did an absolutely amazing job. She listened to every concern I had and provided the most ideal treatment for me. Meg was also so sweet - she came in to introduce herself and was so thoughtful. I highly recommend Meg’s Med Spa. Well worth it!

I recently visited Meg’s med spa for lip injections. Maiya was amazing and went over everything in detail before my service began, and she was so gentle during the appt. Best experience getting lip filler and I will definitely be returning!

Great experience! Very knowledgeable, I felt completely at ease from the moment I arrived. They came highly recommended, and now I understand why. Everything was explained clearly, the environment was comfortable, and I never felt rushed or unsure at any point. I’ll definitely be recommending them to others!

Meg is so wonderful! She won’t oversell. She believes in your natural beauty. As a true practitioner, Meg asked me to have a spot checked before she would do filler- I appreciate this.
