Amazing! We've stayed at more AirBnBs than we can count and we've been coming to Berlin for years...this is absolutely the nicest place we've ever stayed. We chose the Magnolia Suite. Perfect location. The room had everything...fireplace, hot tub, comfy bed, breakaway doors out to the patio, plus everything you'd need in the small kitchen. And the owners were easy to work with and checked in via email often. We will be back!
Wonderful stay! Location is fantastic and super convenient. Unit was very clean and such a cozy space. Communication was above and beyond any place I have ever stayed. The Hickory unit was tastefully decorated and I loved the "cabin" / "masculine" vibe of it as i was choosing a place for my husbands birthday. If I had to give a negative, i would say it needs darker curtains in the bedrroom to help keep the light out overnight. Would love to stay again in the warmer months so we could walk around more. Loved our stay at the Main Street lodge the sycamore suite. The room was a great size the jacuzzi tub was nice. Loved that it had a fully stocked kitchen. They provide more than the standard 2 towels and that was a plus! The only suggestion I have would be to get a room darkening shade for the bedroom area window. The parking lot lights are so bright and keep the room very bright. Other than that everything was perfect. Great location you can park your car and just walk to the stores and restaurants.
We stayed in the rustic suite. First off the hot tub was filthy, the tub itself was brown and was told it was just from hard water which was understandable but when I looked more it was filled with weird pieces of something like dirt and rocks, and the hot tub cover was breaking and all the foam pieces of it were falling into the hot tub. Both TVs in the living room and bed room were pretty much unusable due to them being extremely slow, the remotes barely responding, and half of the time the volume just wouldn’t work. Beautiful accommodation located in the heart of everything. The property was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need for a stay (toilet paper, paper towels, linens, coffee, etc.). Located within walking distance of all kinds of food options as well as shopping in Berlin. We enjoyed Walnut Creek flea market and a trip to Lehmans. All just a short drive away.
