Friendly staff and dog. Nothing was pushy or high pressure. Let us look around and was available when we were ready to talk. UPDATE had my install. Installer was great. Was good with my dogs. Great conversation while he was here.

Friendly and knowledgeable service. I wish we had more lighting needs at the moment. When we do, we will definitely be back!
They didn't carry the bulb we wanted but it was for an antique lamp, but the young lady took the extra time to try and find one, very helpful
Lumen Nation has done so much lighting for us!! In our home here in Canton, Ohio & in a vacation home!! Tom & his staff have always been professional & very helpful with picking lighting & styles to go with our homes!! I have recommended them to many friends & will continue to do so!! This is a fantastic lighting store!!!
Visited this store for the first time this past weekend and was very pleased with the selections and the level of service provided. I needed to get some lighting basically same day and they were extra helpful in assisting me to find the perfect solution to my lighting needs. I was fortunate to have visited when they had sale pricing on many of the display lights and were super in taking down the lights I wanted same day and boxed them up for me so that I could take them with me right away. Great selection and great customer ... read more
