Great gym with even better owner. Always clean and kept up with. Moderate amount of people at times but is never overcrowded where you can’t get the machine you want. Plenty of cardio machines, deadlift pads, squat racks, and powerlifting in general. Great place

Love this gym! Great facility to get a good workout and very clean. There isnt a day where I go and I dont get to talk to some awesome people, the people make the place. Overall I can call this gym home👍🏼

I was in town for the weekend and looking for a place to get a quick workout in. I contacted Steve and he was very accommodating and helpful! Met me there and got me in with a day pass. The gym itself was great! Space was excellent and a variety of good equipment - it had everything you need. I will definitely be back when I'm next in the area!

Very welcoming environment if you're a newbie to the gym scene. Plenty of machines suited for whatever you're looking to work on. Steve and Kate are both superb when it comes to customer service.
