A great and positive environment! Courtney and Trent genuinely care about the wellbeing of everyone that enters their gym. Level 11 serves as a welcoming place for younger athletes for everything including working out, recovery, and treatment!
We absolutely love Courtney!!! My son is recovering from a wrestling injury and she’s helped his healing and recovery so much! I’m impressed by how knowledgeable she is on all the muscles, stretching and strengthening and has my son feeling so much better.
Level 11 is a true gym. A weight room. The atmosphere is positive and motivating. Trent and Courtney are very committed to having a clean environment with helpful suggestions and encouragement. They offer a variety of routines and programs that can help everyone !!
Level 11 is a great spot for getting a great workout and specialized training! I have taken a Kickboxing class there and my son has participated in several sessions of the Speed & Agility Class for young athletes, as well as completed some personalized sports training with Trent. I enjoy the variety the Kickboxing has brought to my fitness routine and I have seen an athletic improvement in my son from his experience at the gym.
