Level 11 is a great spot for getting a great workout and specialized training! I have taken a Kickboxing class there and my son has participated in several sessions of the Speed & Agility Class for young athletes, as well as completed some personalized sports training with Trent. Wonderful gym for those interested in strength training. So many different options for machines, and it generally is not busy when I go. Easy to try new things and have fun getting in shape. They have various cardio equipment, but there are lots of weight machines and free weights. It has everything I could ever want and I’m happy I get to support a local gym in the process.

My child attended Level 11 in a speed and agility course. Trent’s attention to detail and interest in my child when training him was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and was interested in and understood the sports in which he was training and designed workouts to help him improve! The results spoke for themselves, but I also had a more confident child with the skills he learned and then applied to the sports he was playing! We will be back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic gym. Love the owners, atmosphere, culture, and people that are there. They do great trainings for athletes as well. You’re missing out if you haven’t been here!

We have been going to Level 11 for the past year and have had nothing but a great experience! The gym is well organized, clean, and the instructors are very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!
