Level 11 is a true gym. A weight room. The atmosphere is positive and motivating. Trent and Courtney are very committed to having a clean environment with helpful suggestions and encouragement. They offer a variety of routines and programs that can help everyone !!

Level 11 is a great spot for getting a great workout and specialized training! I have taken a Kickboxing class there and my son has participated in several sessions of the Speed & Agility Class for young athletes, as well as completed some personalized sports training with Trent. I enjoy the variety the Kickboxing has brought to my fitness routine and I have seen an athletic improvement in my son from his experience at the gym. Courtney ad Trent are the best. They care about the health and injury prevention of athletes. Working with Courtney you get the knowledge of an athletic trainer, physical therapist assistant and a personal trainer. Only one I trust with my knee replacement. My son is working on lifting and form with her before entering high school to teach lifting form and technique and strengthening to help prevent any injuries.

Joined about a month ago and love the atmosphere. Great selection of equipment and Courtney is a great trainer. If you’re looking for a gym to join I recommend Level 11

Courtney & Trent have a great facility where they offer personalized training, meal planning, and classes such as kick boxing. Their facility is always clean, they have different types of equipment to train with, and the people who also train there are always kind and respectful. I have been training with Courtney for the past year and she is always supportive, very knowledgeable, and will guide you to reach the goals you set for yourself.
