Dr. Fancher and her staff are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We have been through it with Dentist offices, to the point where I was about ready to give up. Between Rusk and Jacksonville and insurance companies Finding a good reliable Dentist was nearly impossible. But when I tell you we struck Gold with Family Dentistry in Jacksonville, I MEAN IT!! One of the Best Dental experiences I ever had, being a military wife, I have had so many dentist throughout our travels even overseas as we moved around. But here the experience was worth the trip. Studied up on them and was highly satisfied, especially with all the High Tech equipment they have. Very friendly staff and Professional too!
New to the area. I already love Jacksonville Family Dentistry. They got my husband in very quickly to repair a broken tooth. I went the other day to establish relationship and cleaning. Dr. Francher and her staff are very through, caring, friendly and they all have fun and seem to really enjoying being there to take care of their patients.
I went to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was great. She explained each step from pictures, x rays, pano, to what is saw in my mouth. Loved to be informed. I loved the office itself!! I was very comfortable the minute I walked in. ** the hygienist took the time to listen . Not just about my teeth but about me too. Well done!!!!’
The way they communicated and explained everything, walked me & my wife through everything, was absolutely amazing! Especially with my wife having past trauma from previous dentist, she was even very pleased with her visit and I liked them so much that I even decided to proceed to set up an appointment for my kids to have their dentist visits scheduled with them
