Everyone was very friendly, compassionate and helpful with my dental needs. Everyone took the time to explain and answer all my questions. The Dr. and her wonderful staff took great care to repair my tooth and I thank them ever so much for their help and care.
This was our first time and my kids loved it. I know it’s the dentist but they made their experience fun. These ladies were through in explaining things step by step, they made sure they felt comfortable, they were kind and down to earth. It was an over all excellent experience and we won’t go anywhere else. P.S. The waiting area is comfortable, it smells good and there’s a coffee bar. Check out their TikTok @Jvilletxfd ☺️
This Dentist office was the best dental experience I can ever remember having. From the first step in the door when I heard the Christian musics calmly playing to the first then second meaningful hello’s I felt welcome and so much less anxious just in the first ten minutes. It just got better from there. The room was spotless and comfortable, dental hygienist was helpful, kind, and not in any rush. I am always a very nervous when I have to go to the dentist from past experiences... But their team at Jacksonville family dentistry and Dr. Fancher we're very wonderful at making me feel comfortable. I really enjoyed my experience there and look forward to Future appointments! Everyone was super nice and very understanding!
This was my first visit to this place. The staff were all very friendly and the hygienist was very thorough and great about explaining details of things. I highly recommend this dentist office!
