This was my first ever dental experience and I am so happy it was with Dr. Francher and her amazing team! Everyone was friendly, polite, caring, and professional. They were willing to work with me on scheduling and a payment plan. The office itself has a very calm and relaxing atmosphere that, along with the staff, helps put you at ease. I highly recommend them to everyone!
All of the staff were amazing! New patient, called on Monday for a broken tooth and they saw me on Tuesday at 8am with full exam and a treatment plan. Walked in at 8am, less than 2 minute wait, and out in less than an hour! Thank you so much Jacksonville Family Dentistry❤️
The staff is welcoming and down to earth. They made me feel very comfortable. I have anxiety when going to the dentist and I didn’t feel anxious at all. I highly recommend this doctor.
The staff and dentists at Jacksonville Family Dentistry are in a word…AMAZING!!!!!!! They were courteous and took the time to listen ti my questions. Will def be using them for my family dental care from now on.
Last name Kliebert now, but she is so amazing and calming to someone like me that has a fear from a bad experience with dentist that she makes you feel like family, and she has treated you your whole life and made it feel so easy and calming so just want to say a BIG thank you.
