Derrickius did a great job. He was very patient and knew exactly how to help me set up my home network, door locks and security systems. Everything is working fine after a few days using it now, I highly recommend the HC team! We also had Ryan and Matt come to install TVs and they were amazing. Did a great job on the install and cleaned up like professionals. Nice guys and knew their stuff!
Ryan is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and an asset to his company. He explained everything in the detail I needed, took the time to teach us all the aspects of operating all that was installed and made sure we didn’t have any questions. He also said if we need further support he would be available. Great experience, would highly recommend Ryan and his company for all your audio and security needs.
Initially had Home Connect come over to install hard wired surround system but running wires became too complicated. Ryan from Home Connect suggested a wireless system from Sonos. We purchased an Arc Soundbar, subwoofer, and Era300 satellites. Wow!!! It is unbelievable sound and the best part is that my wife is super happy about not seeing any speakers or components in the room. The guys were great. Very professional, clean, helpful. They addressed my every concern, question. It was a very efficient process from choosing my selections up to installation. They were great to work with. I highly recommend them.
Our technician expert, Matt went above and beyond to make sure our door technology and speaker system were installed smoothly and efficiently. Upon arrival Matt took off his shoes, was polite, professional and patient showing us every detail of the apps we needed to download and use. That was 21 days ago. Fast forward to two days ago, we requested Matt again to install our 75" TV mount. He (along with his assistant Billy) did an excellent job. The TV mount has hydraulics and Matt got it done!
