Ryan is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and an asset to his company. He explained everything in the detail I needed, took the time to teach us all the aspects of operating all that was installed and made sure we didn’t have any questions. Our technician expert, Matt went above and beyond to make sure our door technology and speaker system were installed smoothly and efficiently. Upon arrival Matt took off his shoes, was polite, professional and patient showing us every detail of the apps we needed to download and use. That was 21 days ago. HomeConnect installed the Ring security system included with our new home. The technician, Matt, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to walk me through the whole process and explained everything including apps for my phone. I really appreciate his attention to detail. He even used a level for everything instead of eyeballing. Very clean install. I will definitely use this company again for more electrical projects in the future. Thanks Matt.
Initially had Home Connect come over to install hard wired surround system but running wires became too complicated. Ryan from Home Connect suggested a wireless system from Sonos. We purchased an Arc Soundbar, subwoofer, and Era300 satellites. Wow!!! It is unbelievable sound and the best part is that my wife is super happy about not seeing any speakers or components in the room.
