The guys were great. Very professional, clean, helpful. They addressed my every concern, question. It was a very efficient process from choosing my selections up to installation. They were great to work with. I highly recommend them.
We moved into a condo with a whole house audio system in place but no instruction manual and no idea how to make it work for our needs . Home Connect suggested the right updated equipment and the right people to put it all together. Awesome experience!
I have used this business on multiple occasions for troubleshooting ethernet issues and home theater installation. Jake and his team are incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. Customer service was top notch when I had questions about my home theater setup after installation. I will absolutely be using them in the future for new installations, etc. Highest recommendation!
Initially had Home Connect come over to install hard wired surround system but running wires became too complicated. Ryan from Home Connect suggested a wireless system from Sonos. We purchased an Arc Soundbar, subwoofer, and Era300 satellites. Wow!!! It is unbelievable sound and the best part is that my wife is super happy about not seeing any speakers or components in the room. Our installer, Matt, was super professional and helpful while replacing a 10 year old rock speaker in our backyard and connecting it to our current amp system. We are hoping to use Home Connect to upgrade our whole home audio system plus install power shades. So far Jake has been wonderful to work with, always available, highly communicative and knowledgeable. It’s a level of customer service not found in many contractors these days and we appreciate it!
