Our technician expert, Matt went above and beyond to make sure our door technology and speaker system were installed smoothly and efficiently. Upon arrival Matt took off his shoes, was polite, professional and patient showing us every detail of the apps we needed to download and use. That was 21 days ago. Fast forward to two days ago, we requested Matt again to install our 75" TV mount. He (along with his assistant Billy) did an excellent job. The TV mount has hydraulics and Matt got it done! Ryan is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and an asset to his company. He explained everything in the detail I needed, took the time to teach us all the aspects of operating all that was installed and made sure we didn’t have any questions. HomeConnect installed the Ring security system included with our new home. The technician, Matt, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure to walk me through the whole process and explained everything including apps for my phone. I really appreciate his attention to detail.
