1/5/25 Update: We are still waiting to hear from you to CLEAR this up. You claim that customer satisfaction is VERY important to you, but we never heard a word from you or anyone at your company. We do not recommend this company and advise buyers to be very careful. We purchased their product for our gutters in 2016 and then added another section in 2017. Gutter Cover installed for us heated covers several years ago and resolved the issue with ice dam buildup and leaks inside the house. There was a minor issue with clogging recently (years later from installation) and they addressed it promptly under the warranty. I dealt with Jim Carbone each time and he was always phenomenal. Thank you guys and I owe you this review for your great service and quality work.

Our salesman, Peter, was knowledgeable and professional. The product sells itself. Our installation was perfect. Our installer, Mike, was excellent. We highly recommend this company. Great product and service for a great price.

I have had Gutter Toppers on my house for nearly 20 years . It was the best investment I made . The Gutter Cover Company was the company we purchased them from and we are quite impressed with the quality of the Gutter Topper , it has done just what it was meant to do and we have never had to climb a ladder to clean out those nasty gutters. I live in North Olmsted and have plenty of large trees surrounding my home . I have never been happier with a product , company and installers ! Highly recommend!

My parents purchased Gutter Topper over 20 years ago. They live in Elyria on a well shaded street with lots of maples and a few pines. Previous to the gutter topper installation, their gutters were consistently clogged. On a two story home, they were having to hand clean them from atop a ladder.
