Garwood Arena was not built, originally, to be an arena; the arena was originally intended to be Garwood Cattle Company’s calving barn. We opened our doors as an arena, though, on February 11, 2017. We offer a year round full service show complex; featuring a 120 x 220 main arena, warm-up area, heated office, wash racks, and 2.5 acres of trailer parking. Absolutely amazing arena.. such an experience to visit and watch the rodeos. This is recommended to even the non rodeo fans (I am one) and it was one of the best experiences watching.. My daughter love going here and racing at this arena more than any.. Food is great as well and local shops can't be beat for authentic items. Can't wait to see what the expansion looks like as they continue to improve the atmosphere every year
This is a great venue. Every time we go, they make a change for the better. Loved that they made the area between the 2 arenas a warm-up space at the last TSRHA show. Still, the "bubble" pen is nice, too. Camping spots are great. Set up is nice. There's nothing we don't like.
A very nice arena. It is heated, but i would definitely wear a hoodie or light jacket. Lots of great events.
Beautiful facility...nice and clean...would be cool if they had a separate line for drinks only at the diner...long wait...but good show
This facility is amazing! Heated in the winter and has a great sound system. The food is VERY expensive and low quality. That’s the only negative. Also has camp hookups for trailers.
