Once I walked in the first day as a new patient, I saw Art Deco waiting area with a cool vibe. Right away, the staff attended me soon after they found issues that needed to be resolved with my teeth. The dentist came in she explained what we needed to do step-by-step so we can start fixing the problems before they get worse. I’m very pleased of how professional they are so if you need to go to the dentist, this is the place to come to! Two thumbs up!!👍 👍
My experience was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. Waiting room is adorable. Staff were super friendly. Easiest and most relaxing dentist visit I've ever had in my life. Highly recommend. Cannot give more than five stars or I would.
Rate the visit as a 4 star as I did not have a mark to go by. This was my first visit and spent most time with the dental assistant. I was professionally handled and cared for but it made me feel a bit too cold overall. The patient areas were very modern up to date and clean. As a person with many health issues I felt it safe to be there and little chance of contracting an illness.
I just wanna give a big thanks to the Jacksonville family dentistry staff I went in today for an exam examination. They were a very caring team took very good care of me and on top of that Dr. Megan does top notch work. She’s the best in town if you need any work I highly recommend going to her for your dental work
Thoroughly impressed with the staff, equipment, and facilities. Myself and my son have had multiple appointments here. I dislike going to the dentist and struggle with dental pain and they have been so kind and patient with me through my many phone calls. Also love that they play Christian music it helps with my anxiety.
