I went to get my teeth cleaned. The hygienist was great. She explained each step from pictures, x rays, pano, to what is saw in my mouth. Loved to be informed. I loved the office itself!! I was very comfortable the minute I walked in. ** the hygienist took the time to listen . Not just about my teeth but about me too. Well done!!!!’
The way they communicated and explained everything, walked me & my wife through everything, was absolutely amazing! Especially with my wife having past trauma from previous dentist, she was even very pleased with her visit and I liked them so much that I even decided to proceed to set up an appointment for my kids to have their dentist visits scheduled with them
Dr Fancher was the friendliest, most considerate & knowledgeable Dentist I have ever been to. She corrected my lower dental plate immediately with new inserts and placed them back in my mouth - with absolutely no pain to the sores already on my gums. Then we put adhesive on my upper plate & placed it back in my mouth with no pain. I have to return Monday morning for impressions & have my upper plate sent to the lab for adjustments. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental appointments, but my experience at Jacksonville Family Dentistry truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, friendly, and incredibly personable—they immediately made me feel welcomed and cared for. We are blessed to have Dr. Meagan and her entire team serving the East Texas area for our dental needs. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a dentist, and I saw their building and website and thought I would give them a try. The technology they use for x-raying, cleaning, and analyzing is beyond anything I have ever seen at another dentist.
