I can’t say enough about how awesome this trailer is I have a 2020 extreme three axle low pro. It’s the best Trailer I’ve ever pulled in my life extremely durable even for the extreme winters in Alaska Travis the guy that’s in charge of the parts is always quick to answer anything I need whether that be a new part or a question about how the operation of my trailer works. Same price as a Mac or a Retinouer SD but definitely inferior in quality. Rub rails are very light duty and the components will begin cracking out in under a year. The small aluminum gussets in the T hook channel that are designed to hold the T clips are too short to be reliable, 2 years in and we’ve replaced them all with 4” replacements that we designed ourselves. The Staff at Extreme Trailers in Dover OH are EXTREMELY helpful. My husband and I have been trucking for over 36 years. We are ready to relinquish our ride and finally retire. We wish we would have found Extreme Trailers years ago. Best product in the industry. Les, the owner did his research and developed a fantastic product. Extreme's SX60 series Step Decks are amazing. Durable and always looking good. If we ever get back into trucking, Extreme is the only trailer we will pull. Happy New Year 2025 to all.
We purchased NEW 2020 extreme trailer. We had 2 airbags explode while driver was driving in UT in May 2019. They don't have any 24/7 number to call for any help.. You are on your own . We called many repairs shops and nobody could help us because they never heard of Extreme trailers. Extreme didn't provide any help but kept telling us wrong part number. Awesome equipment better people. I had an issue with 2 valves that were from an outside supplier. I was a few miles from Dover and it was 5:15. Travis took time after work to run me a new updated valve and supplied install advice. After install I missed a leaking 90 degree elbow in my lift. Again Travis and Nick ran over to my location and helped me troubleshoot. That to me is a he absolute definition of customer support and product improvement.
