Great trailer, great customer service! Any time I need help or support they are always there to help me, especially Travis Swauger! Travis has helped me when looking for parts to work on the trailer myself, as well as other guidance when troubleshooting on the road. With the trucking industry every minute counts, and they are always available and responding super quick when I need them. Less time off the road means more time making deliveries! I bought a trailer from XTREME TRAILERS for $79k and the build quality is a complete joke. The hole they made to install the center light looks like it was done with a rock. Honestly, I could’ve done a cleaner, more centered job with just a handsaw. For that kind of money, you expect precision and craftsmanship—not sloppy and careless work. If this is what’s visible, I don’t even want to imagine what’s underneath. I do NOT recommend this brand.
Rolled in here to grab not one but three trailers. From the start – zero confusion: they met me, pointed me exactly where to go, no running around like a headless chicken. All three trailers were in solid shape, lights good, tires decent, nothing hanging by a thread. Honestly, it’s rare when you load up and think: “Man, that was smooth.” These guys nailed it. Easy 5/5, keep doing what you’re doing!
I can’t say enough about how awesome this trailer is I have a 2020 extreme three axle low pro. It’s the best Trailer I’ve ever pulled in my life extremely durable even for the extreme winters in Alaska Travis the guy that’s in charge of the parts is always quick to answer anything I need whether that be a new part or a question about how the operation of my trailer works. I purchased an Extreme X75 custom 50 ft flatbed trailer in 2021 and it has exceeded my expectations by far. This has got to be the nicest trailer I have owned so far and I’ve been an owner operator for 20 years and owned many trucks and trailers . That being said parts do fail and one of those said parts did fail on this trailer (lift axle valve) I will say it took a little while for my schedule to open up where I had time available to get it fixed properly and Travis and Nick In the warranty department were spot on.
