I can’t say enough about how awesome this trailer is I have a 2020 extreme three axle low pro. It’s the best Trailer I’ve ever pulled in my life extremely durable even for the extreme winters in Alaska Travis the guy that’s in charge of the parts is always quick to answer anything I need whether that be a new part or a question about how the operation of my trailer works. I gave a call hoping for some answers about issues on my axle..I got helped amazingly!!! Pro active, efficient and super super super friendly ! Nick was looking after me even couple days after my issue and was providing me advices…you are the best Nick thank you so much !
Awesome equipment better people. I had an issue with 2 valves that were from an outside supplier. I was a few miles from Dover and it was 5:15. Travis took time after work to run me a new updated valve and supplied install advice. After install I missed a leaking 90 degree elbow in my lift. Again Travis and Nick ran over to my location and helped me troubleshoot. That to me is a he absolute definition of customer support and product improvement.
We purchased NEW 2020 extreme trailer. We had 2 airbags explode while driver was driving in UT in May 2019. They don't have any 24/7 number to call for any help.. You are on your own . We called many repairs shops and nobody could help us because they never heard of Extreme trailers. Extreme didn't provide any help but kept telling us wrong part number. I regret purchasing this trailer and would have been better off with Fontaine or other trailer that is known so repairs could have been quicker and easier. Les (owner) to... read more
